OLYMPIACOS stars Panos Retsos and Lorenzo Pirola were left covered in blood after an awful injury that saw them crashing heads during their Champions League match against Bayer Leverkusen.
The reigning Greek champions host Leverkusen in the first leg of their play-off match at Georgios Karaiskakis Stadium.
