City buses go up in flames in Philadelphia

As many as 40 city buses were damaged when a fire broke out in a lot filled with decommissioned vehicles scheduled for disposal, according to officials. The Philadelphia Department of Public Health warned the public that the smoke should be avoided out of an abundance of caution. No injuries were reported.
