LUTON TOWN’s clash with Swansea City has been delayed due to a medical emergency.
The Hatters’ Championship clash with the Welsh side was set to get underway at 3pm.
But a medical emergency in the stands has led to the brief postponement of the match.
A club statement read: “Please be advised that due to a medical emergency in the stand, kick-off will be delayed by 15 minutes.
“Our thoughts are with the Hatters supporter for a speedy recovery.”
The Kenilworth Road faithful were quick to send messages of support to their fellow Hatter.
One wrote on X: “Thoughts with the fan and his family.”
Another said: “Praying.”
And another said: “Thoughts with the supporter and those affected.”
One remarked: “Prayers are with our fellow Hatter.
“Hope all is well. For him/her & families.”
Another chimed in: “Thoughts go out to the fan.”
