The Metropolitan police will reopen their investigation into the Wimbledon school crash to pursue further lines of inquiry.
Two children were killed and another injured when a Land Rover veered off the road and ploughed into the Study prep school in Wimbledon last year.
The initial investigation concluded when the Crown Prosecution Service found that the driver, Claire Freemantle, would not be charged as she had suffered an epileptic seizure.
