Dubai police announced today that they extradited Faissal Taghi, son of the imprisoned Mocromafia boss Ridouan Taghi to the Netherlands at the request of Dutch authorities.
Taghi, 23, is now held in a secret location in the Netherlands and faces charges of drug trafficking, money laundering, and human trafficking, Dutch media reported.

Faissal was arrested in Dubai a year ago, following in the footsteps of his father, Ridouan Taghi, who was arrested there in 2019. Ridouan is considered one of the world’s most dangerous drug traffickers.
Dutch Prime Minister Dick Schoof commended the UAE’s collaboration in fighting transnational crime and expressed appreciation for their strong bilateral relations.
The Taghi family led the “Angels of Death,” a brutal organization linked to over 300 crimes, including assassinations.
Ridouan Taghi is considered the mastermind of the memorable murder of a young Moroccan man in the La Créme cafe, which shook Marrakesh on November 2, 2017.
