Sarah Netanyahu, the wife of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, said that the army is conspiring to carry out a military coup to overthrow her husband from power, according to a report in the Israeli newspaper Haaretz issued today, Tuesday.
According to the report, which was also relayed by the Israeli newspaper “Yedioth Ahronoth,” Netanyahu told the families of the hostages held in Gaza that she (Sarah) does not trust the top leadership of the Israel Defense Forces (IDF).
For his part, Netanyahu denied the claims published by Haaretz shortly after.
