Tiger Woods’ TGL team is officially set: Max Homa, Tom Kim and Kevin Kisner will join the 15-time major champion as part of Jupiter Links GC, Woods’ four-man squad for the indoor golf league slated to begin in January 2025.
The Monday prime-time series will feature six teams of four PGA Tour players competing in a custom-built stadium venue in Palm Beach Gardens, Fla. TGL was originally scheduled to kick off in 2024. The start date was postponed for one year after the arena sustained significant damage due to a power outage.
As TGL continues to gear up for its inaugural season, the league has been slowly debuting team rosters and Woods’ squad is the latest to be announced. The team name alludes to Jupiter, Fla., a town on the southeastern coast where Woods and many PGA Tour players reside — the area is a haven for professional golfers.
Woods is a co-founder of TGL alongside Rory McIlroy, who helms Boston Common Golf.
A six-time winner on the PGA Tour, Homa recently tied for third place at the Masters, marking his best finish in a major. The California native is also an avid social media user, known for his relatable and light-hearted persona on Twitter.
“He’s got all the talent in the world, plus he’s got some jokes,” said Woods, who played with Homa in the first two rounds in Augusta. “He hits it so solid and has such a great ball flight. He is going to be a great asset to Jupiter Links, and I know he’s going to be a top player in this game for a long time.”
Kim, 21, is by far the group’s youngest member but already has three PGA Tour wins under his belt. He emerged as a star during the 2022 Presidents Cup at Quail Hollow, bringing a contagious competitive spirit to the International Team.
“Tom is so good and a very underrated player in my opinion,” Woods said. “He stepped up for the International Team at the Presidents Cup when they needed it, which as a rookie, is no easy task. I’m excited to have him on the team.”

Kisner is a known trash-talker and fiery match-play competitor. The four-time PGA Tour winner recently picked up the microphone to try his hand as a lead broadcast analyst for NBC.
“Kis is one of the grittiest players on the PGA Tour,” Woods said. “I know his personality can fool some people into thinking he isn’t that competitive, but you don’t have the type of match-play record he does without being relentless. I think he’s going to be a great fit for our team and this type of format.”
David Blitzer, the owner of the Philadelphia 76ers and New Jersey Devils is an investor in Woods’ team.
Woods, a five-time Masters champion, recently made his 24th consecutive cut at Augusta National a year after undergoing ankle fusion surgery.
The roster for the sixth franchise, San Francisco, has not been set, though Shane Lowry, Wyndham Clark and Min Woo Lee are now the only players committed to the league who have not been assigned to a roster. Boston Common also has one vacancy.
